Make incense with medicinal herbs and cultivate health with incense

The Incense of True Qi of the Five Elements - Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth
It is derived from "Xiang Cheng" written by Zhou Jiazhou in the Ming Dynasty.
According to the orientations corresponding to the Five Elements:
The Incense of Spring Hidden in the Eastern Pavilion,
The Incense of Celebrating Longevity in the Southern Pole,
The Incense of Elegant Sentiment in the Western Study,
The Incense of Fragrant Tea in the Northern Garden,
The Incense of Refreshing Aroma in All Four Seasons

It is pointed out in Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor) that those who regulate the spirit according to the five qi (vital energies) should follow the changes of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and be in charge of harmonizing the spirit of the five zang-organs (liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney) and six fu-organs (gallbladder, small intestine, stomach, large intestine, bladder, triple energizer).
Wood corresponds to the liver, fire corresponds to the heart, earth corresponds to the spleen, metal corresponds to the lung, and water corresponds to the kidney.
It allows the radiance of the soul to be released and the righteous qi to be enhanced, thus enabling the body and mind to be in a healthy, joyful, clear and serene state.
Corresponding to metal, wood, water, fire and earth, and governing the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, wearing it for a long time is beneficial to both the body and the mind.

Maintenance Tips for Incense Plaques and Incense Beads
Keep away from oil and water. Do not wear the incense beads or incense plaques while bathing.
The patterns on the incense plaques are delicate. When wearing, please wear them over a layer of clothing instead of directly against the skin.
When not worn for an extended period, put them back into a sealed bag to help the incense plaques and beads regain their fragrance.
In the early stage, handle the incense beads with gloves. After 1 - 2 weeks, you can handle them with dry hands. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling to enhance the fragrance and appearance. Avoid handling them with sweaty hands.
If the patina of the incense beads or incense plaques is uneven or they get accidentally wet, resulting in an uneven surface color, the color will gradually become uniform through daily wearing.
Store them in a cool and dry place.
The main material is natural incense, so the product has limited strength. Avoid knocking, bumping, and dropping.
