What types of Payment do you accept?

Currently we only accept Paypal as a payment method, if you have other needs, please contact us.

 

 What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Simply contact us by email to service@throughseasons.com within 7 days from the day you receive it, and we'll send you a free replacement.

 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from China.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 30 minutes after orders made . So if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we see your request.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please be sure to review your order before you confirm your purchase!

 

What if I put an incorrect shipping address?

If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
